Speed and Agility

Coach Marijanovich runs the speed and agility workouts every Sunday from 5:00-6:00 PM for any member in the program who wants to improve conditioning and athleticism. Players may also do the agility drills contained in the following document on their own. Any player who wants to improve conditioning and athleticism, should perform the following drills regularly
